About the Protocol
A Gentle Path to Regulation
I work with the NADA 5-Point Protocol, a specialized form of ear acupuncture used worldwide in trauma-informed care, recovery programs, and community health settings. This gentle, non-verbal approach supports nervous system regulation and emotional resilience without requiring people to relive or explain their experiences.
